Update: Getting this place to do anything for you is a real pain. I traded in the car I purchased here so I needed them to cancel the extended warranty. I called them three times with no movement. I finally just called the warrant company directly. I have been trying to get the dealership to cancel my gap for a year with no success. Just awful support for something so simple.
