Thats an amazing place! I waa looking for PT with expecting one that is nowlt watching mez standing over me, constantly checking me etc. This is just the right spot they have semi private PT. Something in between which fits me sooooo good. They are lovely both P3RSONALLY and as a trainer. If i have to say one thing it is that when you work out with the same trainer, it may feel like you repeat yourself. I am definitely starting to see a difference after training here for two months. Coming here has been a huge improvement to my lifestyle. Very content with their prices. I much prefer working out with them then working out alone.
Hugo and Leo are awesome coaches! They’re super professional but also really friendly and encouraging. They don’t just give the class, they take the time to explain, show, and correct every exercise so I really get the most out of each session. The hour flies by, and every workout is fun and challenging in the best way. I’m honestly so happy training with them—they’ve made me actually enjoy working out. Big thanks to both of you, Hugo and Leo!
Trainer Dean is very professional and knowledgeable of his job. My son is very excited to start with his sessions to see the progress.
