Terrible management company. I have never been treated so rudely by someone I have given so much money to - on time, usually early at that. I rented a luxury home from them that sat empty for many years prior to me renting it. Great management company! Also do everything on time that we had issues with. They call their people to fix repairs right away and are always in communication when needed. Buz and his staff are wonderful!

I have never in my life seen a management company so messed up. They do not care about anything except money. The owner Buz and his lover Trish make a great team, they NEVER do anything to help the tenant with repairs never answer the phone, for the past year all repairs where done and paid for by the tenant, then when you are ONLY 11 days late on your rent they send you into eviction, they let that linger in the court system for 9 months so they do not have to fix anything in the home cause you can't contact them, yep their... read more
