I bought my 2012 Nissan Altima here and I absolutely love my car. They are so friendly and eager to help you. I would buy from them over and over. I would recommend them to anyone. I have no issues with my car as of today and have had it for almost a year now. Than you all for my car I love it �
Honestly a horrible place to even think about buying a vehicle. I went and looked at 2 separate vehicles. One I drove the 2nd vehicle he let me start but stopped me from driving it. Told me I had to buy it to test drive it. He's a salesman so he's gonna try to say wat he thinks you wanna hear... but took it way beyond that. Would never buy a vehicle from them again ever ! Wish I would have done my research on them before purchasing. Big lesson learned .
Beware!!! They're nothing but lying criminals. First, they sell a Jeep to my girlfriend with the promise that they had checked everything and that the car was in perfect working order. The next day it broke down. They continued to give her the run around for months. During all this, they promised to detail the car. We just picked the car up today and it smells worse than when she bought it. There was no detailing whatsoever done on this car. Worst experience I've ever had with any business. *DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!*
Tried to take a bad lemon back the very next day he sold my daughter. She went alone and didn't know the transmission was shot. I begged him to take it back. She hadn't even started her job yet so they lied on the paperwork. Very bad business. He said it wasn't his problem.
I was shopping for a vehicle that was extremely hard to find. I was told to give them two weeks and I did. 13 days later I received a call that they had found what I was looking for. I had my doubts but drove from Lafayette to Dickson and there it was. A 1994 Ford F-350 4 door dually. An Arrow Craft conversion due to the fact that they didn't make this truck. I still have this truck today and can proudly say it has over 1,800,000 miles on it!!!! Thanks Underhill Motors.
Really liked the staff just not very willing to help with issues like just bought a truck and air conditioner don't work !!! So will I be buying anything else uhhh no !! I have 30 days maybe getting a refund when you buy something you expect it to work!! Just be careful buying cars here !!!!!
