Called them four times. Never received an answer to my call. So, I instead paid UPS $650+ to shred my documents. I’m not at all impressed with the way they conduct their business. Had I not already had to put off loading up the stuff to be shred then I might’ve had more patience. But how many times should I have to call to see how much they would charge for me to drop off documents to shred?
