Alex is an amazing trainer who works hard to not only inspire his clients inside the gym to but in their day to day loves as well. He takes a real world approach to fitness with lasting results and doesn't make it about just weight loss but actual health and fitness. He also works with people who have had injuries or mobility issues to strengthen the muscles that support the injured part of the body and regain mobility in time.
Alex is great! I’ve never really worked out due to an injury, but Alex inspires me to push myself everyday. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in myself every time I come in. I’m already getting stronger and experience less pain. I’ve only been coming here for a few months.😁
