I threw my back out, Alex had some simple questions and some exercises to try out, every time he followed up with questions, adjusting the steps carefully. He honed in on the exact problem area and by the end of the first session, it was already feeling significantly better. Can't say enough how attentive and careful his approach was, if you're thinking it's just a place for CrossFit, it's not, this place is carefully attentive to reach individual. Alex is an amazing trainer who works hard to not only inspire his clients inside the gym to but in their day to day loves as well. He takes a real world approach to fitness with lasting results and doesn't make it about just weight loss but actual health and fitness. He also works with people who have had injuries or mobility issues to strengthen the muscles that support the injured part of the body and regain mobility in time.
Alex is great! I’ve never really worked out due to an injury, but Alex inspires me to push myself everyday. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in myself every time I come in. I’m already getting stronger and experience less pain. I’ve only been coming here for a few months.😁
