I’ve worked with this company in the past and ran into no issues the first time. This time around I’ve had to come back to their office numerous times. They first forgot one of my grills had stones in it (which I paid extra for) then tried to gaslight me saying I didn’t ask for it until I pulled up evidence that I did. When I came back, the grill fell in pieces when I tried it on so I then had to wait another 2 weeks for repair. This is the second time I got grillz here. Left happy both times. I got a bottom 6 piece 10k white gold set. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Dani, who also took my mold. One of the grill makers, Gino, was kind enough to remake my set 3 times due to a fitting issue. Thank you guys again, you guys are awesome.
Good service. Love my grill. It's upstairs and there's also a tattoo, piercing, and barber in the same area location. Staff are nice and attentive. Will be back for more grillz! Went for the gold plated special, very worth it. They take zelle and cash!
The customer service is amazing and the quality of the grillz are also great! I can't wait to go back and get some more
