I recently came here to get grillz and I honestly have no complaints. Walking in the receptionist Dani was very friendly and patient with me being that this was my first time. The person who took my mold, Al, was very nice too. He kept me updated on the progress of my grillz because I wanted them in time for my birthday and they made it happen. He answered any questions I had with no frustration. Geno, one of the grill makers had to adjust my teeth because it was a little loose but he did it on the spot and they came out loo... read more
Very bummed. I got a tooth gem there and was so happy with it until it fell off within 3 weeks. I called several times and I'm still waiting on a call back after a month. Now have to go to the dentist to get the glue and backing of the gem off my tooth. Wanted a grill too but not with that lack of professionalism.
HORRIBLE ! I wish I read the reviews before I bought. At first they were cool. Then I get a text 3 days before saying I was supposed to pick up: "It’s Al from undergroundgrillz , I wanted to update you. I need a few more days to complete. Thanks " I go on to ask if I would get a discount or, at least, a new ETA. He responds to say: "I don’t like rush work but … it is a big problem for you. I will gladly refund you. Terrible customer service they WILL waste your time and money. Go anywhere else literally.
