They cut the wire to my backup camera on my new Ram 2500 & denied they did. I literally used it to back up into the parking spot to drop off the truck to them, It cost $3000 to replace at the dealership. Never going back there and never recommending this place for anybody.
I recently purchased a set of brand new 205/40/17 tires from this shop, and initially had a very positive experience. The salesperson who assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchasing process smooth. However, after the tires were installed, I began experiencing significant vibration while driving at freeway speeds.
