Definitely recommend!!! Gave us a great deal on a set of rims, mounted our new tires on, changed out our tire sensors & did an alignment on our 2019 dodge ram. We had terrible luck with another tire shop and decided to go to underground customs and it was so worth it. Everyone that works there was so helpful and informative. They cut the wire to my backup camera on my new Ram 2500 & denied they did. I literally used it to back up into the parking spot to drop off the truck to them, It cost $3000 to replace at the dealership. Never going back there and never recommending this place for anybody.
I recently purchased a set of brand new 205/40/17 tires from this shop, and initially had a very positive experience. The salesperson who assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchasing process smooth.
