Sucks because i read bad n good reviews. I decided to ignore the bad and give them the benefit of the doubt. I drove 1hr and 20 mins from pecos to get an estimate and just give em the money upfront, to me money was not an issue. The first time i went they were out for lunch n told me they would call back nvr did. I went a week later and they looked at it but said they would call me later with a price and i never got a call. Made appointment multiple days in advance, went in 3 days before my appt to make sure they would be ready to complete my leveling kit. Appt was initially made for 12:00, labor hand asked if I could be there by 9, I drove over a hour and a half to be there by 9, labor hand didn't even show up until almost 11:00... They didn't even have the tools to do my leveling kit. Absolutely piss poor planning! Wasted my complete day, when a real shop could have had me on the road in no time! Will NOT waste my time with these guys again!
Did a horrible job. Got spray on bedliner and they oversprayed my truck. Took it in the following to take care of overspray and still had issues. Hopefully resolve this issue tomorrow
