My son and I were passing through ottumwa for the in laws. Tried this gym out and it reminded me of Venice Beach and the days of Arnold. Great quality equipment. Old school power lifting gym, welcoming environment. Basically it's the best damn gym in southeast Iowa. Looking at the weights these guys throw around they know what they are doing. Will come back again. Oh and ingle always greets every member with a special greeting! Thanks!
Love this gym. Jeramy is like a dad to me… except my dad left when I was born… don’t leave me Jeramy 😳 two thumbs and big toes up 👍
