5 stars on mechanical work 5 stars on honesty 4 stars on price 3 stars on communication I will definitely use Under the Hood Auto Repair again for vehicle work again. The most important thing to me is trusting that the repair shop is not going to rip me off or do incompetent work. Under the Hood did an excellent job with my 2014 Dodge truck A/C. I took my problem with my car to them and not only did they listen they took the time to totally research what could be wrong with it. Without charge he printed out a pile of paperwork to help me try to repair it myself. Thank you Under the hood.
I’ve had A/C issues in my car for 2 years. I was driving from Illinois to Los Angeles in July and I couldn’t take the heat anymore so I wound up in Russellville Arkansas and I prayed, and Google found me under the hood auto repair. Car was acting up so I took it to Under the Hood for diagnostics, they informed us that the rod bearings were rattling and the car would need a new engine. They contacted the dealer to find out if there was a recall on it and there was!! There was a problem with this vehicle and the warranty had been extended and my car qualified.
