Even though I’ve never made it to the store in person, I have done an awful lot of online shopping with this store from California for my east coast family. They have literally bent over backwards in accommodating me when they could. It’s like a personal touch I haven’t seen seen much of among retailers, so it keeps me returning to them again and again. I highly recommend them!
