Im ASHAMED to say I had never been in Under the Carolina Moon right here in Easley. I was BLOWN AWAY by her inventory in the store. Unbelievable the cute things! Great gift ideas! Just a reminder they do not give money back on items. Purchased a 200.00 jacket for my son. He’s 6.5 and 2xl didn’t fit. I was going to give him the money to go buy him one- instead they would only give store credit. So now a 200.00 jacket is costing me 400.00. I’ve been a loyal customer but they’ve lost me today. It is what it is and clearly they didn’t care. Gave the store credit to a family walking in as well as the 2021 calendar. There are many other local businesses I can support and will support.
One of the many things I love about this place outside of quality and customer service is their love of community! Honoring our fallen heroes and helping their families when they need it the most, keeps me coming back to this place for more. Their business is truly family and community centered and there is just something genuine about folks like that!
This place literally has EVERYTHING! Need a quick gift for a birthday party? They have it. Need a pick me up and some retail therapy? They have it and will help you get what you need. Hands-down one of the best places to shop. Shout out to the amazing customer service as well. Thankful for y'all!
Honestly I would never buy from your company again. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Placed an order on 8/14 and emailed along with Facebook messaging the same day. I was asking to cancel a portion of the order because we ordered two. I then called and spoke with someone. I was told yes we will cancel no worry. Had to call 6 times and got the run around. I preordered a Bogg bag through Under the Carolina Moon. When the shipment came in, they immediately went to work to get them out. The estimated arrival was 9/10 and I received it today after them shipping it just YESTERDAY. They have phenomenal customer service and all around great items. I will definitely be shopping here again. 🙂
They have the best staff & are always very helpful. My husband bought me a raincoat & had it personalized. It was super fast & great quality! Definitely recommend! 10 stars!
