I ordered something almost a month ago. a couple weeks after I placed the order, the owner called and said they were out of the shirt. I said I would size up. ok, great. another couple weeks and my order still hasn't been shipped. I tried to reach out 4 days ago and of course she hasn't responded. I sent another email asking to just refund and still nothing. I live 20 minutes from their store. there's no reason for my order to take this long. The customer service is seriously lacking, too!
The sayings they put on their apparel are spot on for us southerners! And they have so many cute things in the store. A wide variety. Prices are a little steep but still a really neat store.
