I attended a private event there with about 40 people. It started with an hour of mixing/mingling in the wine bar. I provided live music during that time. Then we went into the classroom/kitchen to prepare and eat a three-course meal. It was fun and the food was great! There is a lot of standing during food prep, so some of the older people had to sit down and couldn't participate as much in food prep.
My fianc�e and I attended the Modern Steakhouse Date Night cooking class, and we had such a great time! Our chef, Hunter, was amazing! He made the whole experience fun, engaging, and easy to follow. We learned quite a few new cooking techniques and food prep tips that we're excited to try at home. Loved the food here and the service was amazing
Our family greatly appreciate the beautiful post rehearsal cocktail reception that we had last September 27th at the wine bar and solarium of Uncorked Kitchen & Wine Bar. From start to finish, it all went very smoothly despite my many many rookie questions! 😅. The owner and the staff were very helpful, and the food spread was spectacular (I wish we got pictures of the buffet table!!) !
