We purchased a cooking class for our siblings as a gift. One of them had a medical emergency and asked to reschedule with uncorked kitchen. We were disappointed to find out that uncorked kitchen would not accommodate the emergency and reschedule request. Fortunately, our parents were able to stand in and not let the class go to waste. When they arrived they learned that the instructor of another class called in sick, so two classes were combined. This meant that folks who attended the class got half as much attention. Our child participated in the summer camp. The staff was incredibly supportive and encouraging of them as they explored a passion and fostered their love for cooking!! We'll look to be back next summer!!
Super fun date night. Chef Doug was the man, very informative and helped answer a ton of questions. He took the food serious, but himself not serious. It was a lot of fun, highly recommend!
