I usually love this brand. 80% of my jewelry is from here. I have been to the Chicago, Nashville and Dallas locations. My last experience in Dallas was super disappointing. The store appeared to be empty like they’re going out of business, but they’re not. The front half is scarcely stocked, the back half actually is empty and you can’t even walk back there anymore, bc it’s “event space.” Also they don’t have prices on anything anymore.
