I asked Dan to grind some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans to the ultra fine Turkish grade. wow! what a treat, one I haven't experienced since being in Haifa, Israel 20 years ago. Just wish I would have known UCG sooner. If you love coffee you will love Turkish. check out YouTube and give it a try.

I like that it was local but the beans aren't super fresh. Flavor and variety is good.
