One of my favorite local coffee establishments!
First impressions I was excited upon entering as the room was filled rich coffee aroma. And the variety of coffee seen from the register. Eagerly awaiting I decided to try one of their coffee of the day. The house blend only to be disappointed by the rudeness of the lady when I asked if I could have it iced since my throat is sensitive to heat. To my request it was a flat no would not recommend a second cost due to uh accommodating rude individual
stumbled upon this coffee shop and decided to try it instead of Starbucks. I'm so happy we did! very good coffee and my daughter loved her hot chocolate.
I live in Sweden and get back to the US about once a year to visit family and friends. Burlington is "on the road" for me. I make an annual pilgrimage to Uncommon Grounds and order an iced maple latte - a perfect blend of pure and simple ingredients usually served by staff being their most authentic selves. There's a really "real" and positive vibe here. It's so good to know that an independently owned coffee shop like this can survive in the current corporate coffee market.
Usually go to Starbucks but saw Uncommon Grounds and decided to try them out! Went in and got a London Fog with almond milk but wasn't sure how it would taste as I am used to Starbucks. Hands down twenty times better than any Starbucks London Fog I've ever made or had!!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone go here for the kind staff and delicious drinks!
Great place to just hang out a while or get a quick cup to go!!! Love the staff!!
