I️ live here and management is completely unorganized and inconsistent. They altered my lease AFTER I️ signed it and give me no details about the change other than I️ am liable for more than I️ originally signed for. I️ have called the office several times, left messages, gone to the front desk to make appointments and HAVE NEVER gotten a response. This is just one example among many other frustrations and inconveniences
Trying to get ready to move in has been the biggest pain in the ass. I had to submit proof of my renters insurance 5 times because they keep saying they didn't have it. The first person I sent it to quit (nobody called to inform me of that), the second person I sent it to got promoted (nobody called to tell me), the third person I sent it to finally received it but then I kept getting phone calls saying there was issue after issue with it.
