My Daughter Lived here for 3 years & it was absolutely terrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE! there is so many other apartment complexes that are just as nice, cheaper & well maintained compared to this place. They fine you for the dumbest shit & it’s always outrageous amounts, 1000$ fines for throwing the trash away because the trash rooms are “ closed for a month “ for being “under staffed” or “ overwhelmed & overcrowded “ when they expect you to see a mass email they sent out to the entire apartment complex like everyone just checks... read more
I have lived here for about a year now and do not recommend living here at all. At first glance, it seems like a great place to live considering the location and amenities... do not let that fool you. The maintenance is absolutely terrible and slow. I had a leak in my bathroom wall that was "fixed" 4-5 times after it continued to spill terrible smelling brown water into my room. We also had a second leak in the hallway that had to be repaired 3 times. And by repaired I mean slapping spackle on the crack and hoping it doesn't... read more
