Came upon the sign saying the normal 0830 workout would be at 0930 so I came in Saturday for the free workout. The workout was awesome and the staff was amazing! I miss my fitfam back home and our Saturday workouts, so this was perfect. I just cant make the normal 0830 so hopefully I'll get to stop in again before I leave Columbus.
I've been working out with Mat Cano , the gym is amazing and the trainers are professional and dedicated . Top class .
