Today was my first day. I have been out of the gym for several months so I have become very out of shape. The hands-on guidance was great! They didn't push me too hard, but just hard enough. I feel great and will def be there regularly!
I went to the free workout today not knowing what I was getting myself into. I was pushed to my limit in the best possible way and Matt was super encouraging and helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back.
