John to the rescue again! In the past we have used another business but, when they didn't answer I checked google and came across Uncloggers. I'm ALWAYS skeptical and read the reviews. I will never go anywhere else for my drainage issues. John was very professional and very upfront about what my problems were and the cost to fix them. Very surprised on how reasonable his fees were. I will never call anyone else with future issues.
He was able to come over almost immediately, and got the job done. He even took the time to teach me how to do it myself!
Professional, courteous, experienced, and friendly. This guy knows his stuff, provides a fair price and gets the job done. He located and cleared a clog in a main line to a fairly complex septic system in just 45 minutes. I was expecting the usual sticker shock on price and was pleasantly surprised. If you want to avoid the franchise pricing and still get good service give this guy a try. I will be doing business with this company again.
We were referred to this company by a friend after getting some pretty high bids. John came over and fixed our clogged drain in the basement same day we called. Extremely professional and provided great tips to avoid the problems in the future. Extremely affordable, the work came to less the half the quote of any other company. We will definitely be calling again with any other problems we may have, and highly recommend his services to anyone! Very happy customers!
I called this very polite, mannered, ethical, all around great man to clear my drain on saturday afternoon. He showed up promptly and helped me figure out the issue, and without charging me a dime he agreed to come back on Sunday since I didn't have time to allow him to end up doing a 4 hour job that it eventually ended up being on Sunday. Didn't charge me any extra for weekends and completely took care of the problem! Couldn't recommend this guy nearly enough! #creamofthecrop
Had to come out day after Christmas to snake our drain. Excellent work, got the job done, didn't charge extra for holiday/weekend hours, did it quickly and cleaned up (toilet removal and put back) nicely. Explained everything as he went, so we were well informed. Would highly recommend if you are having a clog problem. Thanks John, for your services!
