I TOO STOCK UP ON WILEY'S. IT'S THE BEST SEASONING EVER. YOU GET THE '' good old days'' TASTE.
We love Uncle Wiley's Cancun corn boil. You can't find it in the stores anywhere. We buy it in bulk online so we always have it available. Will never do corn any other way!!!
I first started buying Wiley's products at least 15 years ago. I love the greens & yam seasonings and over the moon with the corn boil. Wish they were more readily available in my local markets, will reorder online in the future. Also just wanted to say when I called to make inquiries found Wiley to be very personable. Just keep doing what you're doing!
We tried the greens seasoning and the sweet potato & yam spice some time ago and have been hooked every since.
I have prepared the most delectable recipes using Wiley's Sweet Potato & Yam Spice, Original Green's Seasoning, and the Beans & Peas Seasoning. Cannot wait to try the Smoked Turkey Green's Seasoning, Corn Boil, and the Southern Barbecue Wings Seasoning. I am confident that they, too, will enable my recipes to be absolutely outstanding!
The Uncle Wiley's Dirty Rice mix was awesome! Wish you would make another batch!
Used it for the first time on New Years Day and it was awesome. The other seasonings I've tried were too hot. Will tell all my friends!
