I found this remarkable and healthy alternative to pork seasoning during a visit to my home town Woodlawn ,Oh. @ Jungle Jim in Fairfield. I stocked up with greens, peas, sweet potatoes, corn and dirty rice. As I began depleting my supply I searched the internet to see if Wiley's was sold locally and discovered it was sold at a local Walmart. Love, Love, Love the corn boil. Both the Cajun and the regular corn boils are awesome. We find we don't need to use butter on our corn when we use this. So good :)
I always use Uncle Wiley's packets for any beans, peas, corn, or greens I fix and everyone likes them. I would not cook without them.
This a healthy seasoning instead of meat.I stock up the last time it was on sale.
Love all the Seasonings Especially Yam and Sweet Potato Seasoning
I eat healthy but like the flavor of vegetables cooked in seasoning meats. Your products replace that flavor and more. I love it and the real proof of how good it is, is that I can cook with it during the holidays and no one knows the difference. Like many of the reviews I can't get it in my local Walmart anymore, only online. Would be great if you could get back in the supermarkets!
