I love Wiley's beans and peas seasoning. I'm originally from Alabama where cornbread and beans are a staple. In Georgia I could buy it at the grocery store, but when we moved to California I couldn't get it. I order the packs on line and my friends are always having me bring the beans or peas. Maybe one day Cali will catch up for seasoning, but until then I'll cotinue to order. It's so much healthier than using fat back or bacon grease.
I used to find the Greens Seasoning at my local Kroger store in Michigan. They stopped selling it, so I buy online. The taste is great and with fewer calories! I have used the Seasoning for greens, as well as for green beans. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Uncle Wiley's products are wonderful. There is no other place that I know of where you can get such an array of spices and seasonings. They make it so much more enjoyable to eat your veggies. Keep up the good work.
So tasty and healthy. You would never know there isn't a smoked ham hock or ox tail in it. Black eyed peas and greens come out perfect every time...like grandma used to make, only without the fat. I buy 20 packs at a time when on sale at the website.
I found this spice while visiting my daughter in South Carolina and fell in love with the way it made my greens taste. Plus it was healthy and natural. I could not find Uncle Wiley's at home and went right to the internet and there was a website. My daughter no longer lives in South Carolina but I still use Uncle Wiley's and recommend to people every chance I can. Love the new Greens with Turkey spice.
