The food is worthy of 4 stars. But the service bumped it down to a 3. We visited the one in Pinecrest. This was our first time eating at Uncle Tom's. I'd say we waited about five minutes before a staff member acknowledged us. During that time two staff members repeatedly rushed in and out with a catering order without even muttering an excuse me or a thank you when my husband held the door for them. Finally a server greeted us and took our name. Like I said the food was tasty. I guess now we know what to expect next time.
