Honestly they don't hold a candle to the original Uncle Tom's!!! I ordered sliced pork and sent it back because it looked and tasted like Beef !!! To my surprise they brought it back and said the cook said it was pork I called B. S . Ate it and hated it . As far as the service it really sucked worst than Hoover cause Hoover really Sucks !! I walked in to order my food to go and it took a while to be acknowledged. Finally, I was told to go to the other side of the bar where two staff members were trying to figure out tickets. I stood there and finally one of them asked me if I knew what I wanted. Before i could answer, he was back fooling around with the tickets. I was not impressed with the ribs at all and the grilled sausages needed to stay on the grill about 2 more minutes. The food was so-so and customer service needs definite improvement!
Service is horrible. No organization or evidence of proper management.
Bought a 30$ Groupon which meant 60$ worth of food for 30$ .. When I get there "manager" tells me first is only valid if I ate there in the restaurant ( I was taking it home for the family) and that what it meant was that he will take 30$ of the total bill!!! Really?? So what's the deal ? Buisiness bureau here I come!!
