Ordered a meatball sub to go and it was burned. We brought it back for a refund with a valid receipt and told we could not get refunded. They offered us a voucher for a free sub but would not give us any documentation. Just told us our name is on a list for a free sub and had 30 days to use it. This is how they do business? I’ve been going to this location since it opened. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority. Ray’s would never treat a customer like this.
My fiance called and asked if she could use an online coupon over the phone as she was driving and couldn't order online at the time. She was told over the phone to show them the coupon when she arrived and they would honor the coupon. When she arrived the general manager told her its online only and would not honor it. He proceeded to tell her he could cancel the order and she could reorder online. What great customer service that is! Great way to lose a loyal customer over a few dollars. Thanks for lying.

For me Uncle Sam’s is a good place to go “if you are not craving for anything!” It is a “Sports Bar” for anyone including kids - Pizza, Onion Rings, Mushrooms and meaty chicken wings!
