We were directed to Uncle Pete's Restaurant by our hotel’s staff. The several block walk in the rain brought us to a easily-missed restaurant, as it is on the north end of Wheeling’s business district. We arrived around 8 PM to find only a few patrons, all of whom were eating and drinnking at the lounge’s bar.
