We were directed to Uncle Pete's Restaurant by our hotel’s staff. The several block walk in the rain brought us to a easily-missed restaurant, as it is on the north end of Wheeling’s business district. We arrived around 8 PM to find only a few patrons, all of whom were eating and drinnking at the lounge’s bar. AMAZING AS ALWAYS ��
The past 2 times we have called for takeout, they told us they were not accepting phone orders, and were very rude about it. A customer is a customer whether or not they are seated in your establishment. We won't be calling or visiting this place again.
They have the best ribs I've ever had! Service is great! Their other food is great, too! I've never been disappointed!
Great place to eat and relax on outside deck!!! Baked stuffed shrimp is fantastic!!!!
I've been frequently at lunchtime. The food is great! The onion rings are some of thebest I've ever had. Portions are generous. Service can be a little slow - but worth the wait. Eat on the deck overlooking the river during the summer. Great place to take business guests.
