I’m a regular here at the Gainesville Maddios, but not after today. Toppings have gotten EXTREMELY skimpy. When I questioned the woman who was preparing my pizza and told her that looks a lot different from the pizza I ordered last week she simply told me “they must have not been doing it right”. If I pay for extra cheese, I expect extra cheese. I counted - there were seven pieces of mushroom - not even whole mushrooms. No longer worth the money. Very disappointing.
RecommendedEvan, Chris & Liz were so fun to chat up while we waited for our fresh to order pizzas to come out hot! We popped in on a Monday not knowing they offered FREE drinks! They have gluten free and VEGAN options too! Not only is the pizza great, but the staff is too! Will be back!
This place is better than yo mama!!! The woman below me is stupid.... of course the gluten freak has something to complain about.....
A big thank you to Uncle Maddio’s Pizza 🍕 of Gainesville for the insane amount of pizza, drinks, and supplies for our class today at Gainesville High School! It was greatly appreciated by all!
I use to love this place, but they have no consideration for those with gluten allergies. The meal deal is $8.99, but those with an allergy can’t get the meal deal...even if they are willing to pay an up charge. They don’t allow it!!!!! Makes no sense. I will never eat here again.

Excellent customer service and food! Yesterday we were bringing a church group for lunch. Michael took our order in advance, had our table and food waiting and was so pleasant and accommodating. We are thankful for his kindness and customer service!
