Best pizza ever my kids love it
Wife and I are BIG fans of the new Maddio's in Gainesville. The owners and staff are friendly. The pizza can be gluten free, ingredients are fresh and free of antibiotics/crap, and the end result is a pizza that tastes amazing. (And, when we once had a question/misunderstanding, the owners went out of their way to ameliorate it.). The friendly staff is trained to wipe every counter clean, use new gloves, and ingredients from a new jar for gluten-allergic customers. What more can you ask for? Just got eggplant sandwich to go and it was good probably would have been better if the caramelized onions and mushrooms weren't left off! So many people in the kitchen area you think someone would have caught that..
If it's on your menu, you should have it. If you're out of stock, it should be made known before one gets to the register. Taste: good. Service: great.
