I love Uncle Kenny's! Kenny and Melissa are so nice and they run a great BBQ place! Awesome top to bottom!!!

Last Saturday, David Martin and I attended a rib class at Uncle Kenny's BBQ in Clermont. After an amazing 3 hour class, a head full of knowledge and a stomach full of ribs we went off to put our newfound knowledge to use. In the class, Kenny covered 3 different methods of cooking ribs and that helped me determine which of my 8 smokers to use for ribs, and probably kept me from buying another one or two! Eaten there many times over the years. Right by the 226 ft. tall 'Citrus Tower,' it's just behind it across from the Publix shopping center. Always good, always hot and tasty. Worth the slightly extra price. I'm spoiled now, since no other BBQ holds up, especially the large chain joints!
