Excellent work!!!! Vacuum sealed and all fat and silver skin removed. Best processor I've used in my 32 years of hunting. Very friendly staff as well.

So I just got all my venison back from the doe I had taken on opening day and let me tell you, these people did a spectacular job and were supper friendly. I will definitely be taking all my deer here when I get them. I can't wait to dig into all this healthy meat I got from gods grocery store. Thank you to every one at Uncle Henry's Gourmet Meats!

Got mine in the mail and it is very moist and has a great flavor would recommend this to others great product
As i sit here eating some jalapeno cheese summer sausage i figured id tell people how amazing everything is from uncle henrys. From meat sticks to jerky i have never had a bad product from them. Friendly staff makes it easy to buy from the not to mention i work down the road from their building. Keep up the good work fellas love it!

I'm shocked by the fresh taste and fullness feeling after consumption of the Venison Sticks.. haven't had many meat snack products actually satisfie my hunger like this!
I had 3 orders from uncle Henry's and all of them has been some Awesome tasting jerky and snack sticks. Freshest that I've ever had. And service was second to none.
