Love this place it's a little taste of home me and my uncles and my dad used to go to this place all the time going to stop there every time I'm in Minneapolis
The food here is fun and delicious! You won't be sorry! Reasonably priced and great portions! This place is a gem!!
Food was good, service great. Super laid back atmosphere if you're not troubled with the cook yelling undistinguishable order info. If that laid back approach would trouble you, don't go. We loved it!
Lots of deep fried foods If you like that, this is your place! Their deep fried pickles we're delicious!
I used to get the Philly cheesesteak ( AMAZZZZZING) but sadly I stopped eating meat recently and tried the veggie burger aka "Meatless Wonder" ... omg I thought I was eating an actual burger... it was delicious. The cook is great, everything is great. My favorite hole in the wall.
First time there and I was not disappointed. Awesome chili dog!!!!!
The food was good, but the cashier was very rude to us. He acted annoyed and impatient despite our attempts to lighten the mood by being pleasant. His comments gave us the impression that he hated his job. I've seen other reviewers talk about how friendly the staff there were so maybe it's just the one guy. Not sure we will ever go back.
Excellent service, friendly staff, food is made very quickly. Only had a Chicago dog, but will be back to try the rest of the menu for sure. Would like it if they had fresh cut fries, not frozen from us foods, but this is a dive Chicago style eatery.
