was there May 20th. No check list, no receipt. He didn't even reset my change oil indicator. I have no idea what they did or didn't do to my car! very disappointed.
I will NEVER go to this place again!!! Not only was I charged twice as much for a basic oil change that I could get elsewhere, the service I've had at cheaper places was much better too. I arrived at 1:30pm to get it changed during my lunch break, thinking I had plenty of time for a 10 minute oil change. I didn't get out of there until 2:07!!! They kept trying to small talk with me, even though I said I had to get back to work. They tried to sell me extra things I didn't need or want, when I made it clear I just wanted a bas... read more

RecommendedCan't say enough for Sean and Jonah at Uncle Ed's in Kalamazoo on Westnedge. They came to the rescue when my engine was overheating with leaking coolant. Sean knew what to do immediately. They were both exceedingly polite and efficient. Thanks much! Your help was greatly appreciated (especially since we arrived close to closing time).
