Awful--Would not bring a good car there. My car needed an oil change so I brought the car in thinking it would be better than when I had entered their shop. I asked how long it would take they laughed and said "10 minutes" So 35 minutes and a missed class, and $159.00 later they still were not done, did not have the filter my car required (which I asked upon my initial consultation and they assured me that my car was not special). good place the service there is good and gauranteed. The price is slightly higher than normal place, but they deal with a lot of cars that other maintainance shop didn't do. I havce Passat, and I always go there for oil change and check up. I like the service there, and most important , I trust their service. So, I like to pay little bit more to treat my car better.
Fast Service Great deals on oil changes. There are mailings that go out through the value pack and you can get a great deal on their services. The people working here are friendly, helpful, and fast with their services. PROS: fast, friendly CONS:
Fast Service - Higher Prices I must say that Uncle Eds Oil Shoppe does provide fast service. The sign says 10 minute oil change and once I made it through the line the actual change took 10 minutes. There was only one person ahead of me waiting for a spot and from start to finish I was there 25 minutes. I spent more than I thought I would for my little Toyota Camry. They get a satisfactory rating from me.

This place takes advantage of woman. Very sad to see they charged a relative of mine almost $90 for an oil change. Don’t recommend coming to this place at all.
So I came in because it appeared my transmission was slipping. Justin and his team were able to check my transmission level and uncovered that it was low. They topped it off and my car has been driving much better. Really appreciate their professionalism and how happy they were to help.
Uncle Ed's on Washtenaw provides some of the best customer service around. I commute from an inner ring suburb, and if there's one business in A2 I could pick up and take home with me, it would be Uncle Ed's! Super friendly, polite staff which I so appreciate!
Lance was AMAZING!! He is so darn nice and professional. I was in and out in no time at all and the healthcare worker discount was nice too. I would recommend you guys to all my friends and family!!!
