I have been taking my vehicles to the Uncle Ed’s Livonia, MI location for some time now and I have nothing but positive feedback to share. Upselling is a major source of revenue in the vehicle service industry. The staff at Uncle Ed’s have not pressured me to purchase unnecessary service or replacement parts.

The best customer service: knowledgeable and courteous. They let me use an online coupon which I needed the discount!!
Manager not friendly and treats customer like he's annoyed at doing his job, blinkers or brake lights not checked, tire pressure not checked, windshield wipers not checked, I won't be going back to the location I got my oil change at.
Fast friendly service and they didn’t try to sell me anything!
