Over priced oil change, and a half dozen attempts at up sales for things we simply did not need. For example, they tried to tell us that our brand new K&N Air Filter needed replaced, and that our car needs a radiator flush and fuel system clean out because it has 40,000 miles on it. Then they failed to put our skid plate back on properly and it fell off while driving down the road. If their quality of service was as strong as their sales pitch, I’d give them 4 stars.
Topped off my washer fluid with the cheap brand that froze in the sub-zero weather. Heard a rattling sound a couple days later. Brought car to the dealer and they told me the techs broke the clips off of the air filter when they showed it to me during the upsell. Now waiting for Nissan to order the parts and replace.
The Best Oil Change and Service I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Uncle Ed's on Woodward in Royal Oak
