So delicious and great service. We went twice while in Hawaii. We would have gone more had we discovered HOPA earlier in our trip. The shaved ice with vanilla bean ice cream... Wow! Great prices!
Great shave ice and ice cream. The Tahitian vanilla ice cream is awesome! We missed Incle Clay this time.
Not as many flavors as other shave ice places but the flavors aren’t fluorescent liquids either. My favorite flavors are lilikoi and green tea. The mochi are cute and chewy, and fresh strawberries are wonderful on top of shave ice. No condensed milk, but the haupia or the dream sauces are great.
