Update: They had improved in the salt content of their soup so I started going again. Now they're not serving soup all summer?! What the heck! Uncle Cheetah's used to be my favorite place in town, but over the last year it seems the salt content in all of their soups has increased almost beyond what I can tolerate. They also seem to have more soups with "heat" than without these days. The slider and potato soup were delicious, but the best thing was the brownie! It was thick and slightly gooey. I didn't live in MI so I may never get to have it again 🙁 (unless you share your recipe 😀)!
