Uncle Bills was very courteous and answered all my questions when I called. I had called several storage places for information and pricing and decided to go to Uncle Bills specifically because of how well they treated me on the phone. I was really surprised at how nice and professional the facility was once I got there and was glad that I had chosen them to store my stuff!
At first the only reason I chose Uncle Bills Storage was because of catchy commercials and how close it was to my new apartment but I have stayed because everyone that works there is super friendly, the storage sight is always clean and free of debris and it is always well lit and I feel safe anytime I stop by to get something out or put something back in. Plus, it is super easy to drop off a payment at my own convenience!
Uncle Bills is located in a very safe area. I have never worried about my safety or the safety of my items. And, the staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

I am a new customer with Uncle Bills Self Storage and so far I completely love the fact that you can access your unit 24 hours. You have your own private key to access the climat controlled units. I went to pay my first month and didnt realize they had a drop slot and so my bill was late. They went ahead and waived my late fee of \$20 that was so awesome. Thanks Uncle Bill
After shopping around for a storage unit in the bloomington/normal area, Uncle Bills was my choice for keeping my stuff secure. When we moved here from Texas, I was able to secure a storage unit and a parking space over the phone before our move. It was nice to be taken care of and to not have to worry about where we were going to put our personal items once we arrived. The staff really took care of us and we still have the parking space for our boat nearly three years later because of the great price and convenience.
