I called & was told all documents were in order. Phoned again weeks later & waited 20 min. then a recording said I was to be on hold another 49 minutes! I hung up. Sent in all requirements requested for my fathers estate, Letters of Adm., death certificate, all forms & now they want information on his other son who is deceased & not the legal heir! Now what do I do?
I do not know who the state of Maryland has answering their phones but there needs to be some reconsideration because they are rude & have absolutely NO customer service etiquette & I would be absolutely ASHAMED & EMBARRASS. People do not deserve to be treated like that! Pay someone who is happy to do their job & not miserable!!
