I had an excellent experience in the UNC Family Medicine Urgent Care yesterday. I only waited 20 minutes to be seen in a pleasant and clean waiting room. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were kind, efficient, and thorough in conducting my initial assessment, history, and physical examination. I was seen briefly by the attending physician as was appropriate for my level of injury. I would highly recommend this facility.
