So happy to actually be taken care of by a Physician instead of a Physician Assistant
Walked in to Urgent Care. Front desk person very nice. Saw doctor quickly. He was not very talkative but told me what I needed to know. Staff is great.
All of the staff here were very friendly and went above and beyond with their help. Everyone was kind, helpful, and supportive and talked me through what the plan was. When I accidentally gave the wrong pharmacy in charlotte instead of greensboro the team went above and beyond and were able to quickly switch the location and still get me my medications that same day.
Absolutely NEVER again!!! The front office staff was very kind and nurses were also however..If Dr Daniel Waksman walks into the room, ask for someone else or leave. This man was so rude and insulting. After being seen by him, I left and was seen by another physician who actually listened, diagnosed me,and treated me. Not only was he insulting, he lied on my medical chart about the visit, my symptoms and duration, and to top it off Waksman also misdiagnosed me! People that are sick in their body should not be subjest to that... read more
