Literally go anywhere else. If you’re dying they definitely definitely don’t care to get to you in time so don’t waste your time.
Great hospital and medical staff. I would've given it 5 stars but when you're coming from a place that's 3 hours away with a small child or infant, we the mothers need to be able to bring a support person to help with the kids while we drive and while in the hospital. I held my pee for 3 hours because I had no one to watch my little one while I used the bathroom. Please change that rule. This trip was very hard.
Wanting customers to park in the parking deck to pick up meds is absurd when pharmacist is waiting at the door with meds! All the security outside, but no one to assist patients. UNC also has some internal issues that have nothing to do with Covid, but that is their cop out now. Use to be a great hospital and my favorite place; looking for new hospital and Doctors.
This is one of the sorriest hospitals in Chapel Hill. When you check in, they have you waiting an hour to an hour in a half. That is even when you have an appointment. I choose UNC Hillsborough any day over this sorry hospital.
