Completely worthless, drove 2 hours just because they were In network.. day before they call and say I have to pay 500 up front,, which I did.. only to get absolutely nothing out of the appointment. I was referred because I am a complex case. After a 4 hour round trip, and 500 dollars later they DID NOTHING. Wanted to keep me on the same meds I’ve been on.. run the same tests I’ve had several times over the last few months. They denied my referral to be seen .
The front desk when arriving seems helpful. The Dr's and nursing staff though are very unprofessional and like many other reviews on here..dont act like they care for you and just seems a lack of compassion and care. The dr downplayed alot of my abnormal bloodwork and seem unsure of my diagnosis. I too..drive out of area to this place only to not get the care and respect from some of the staff. Its nkt everybody but I have encounter a few there that are very rude and unprofessional.
When you come here, with a REAL serious and complicated disease, these doctors are the best in the field. I feel like I am in good care and they took over my case.
