The worst customer service . very sad
I love the dental clinic they are reasonably priced and with work with you for payments.
Regarding the faculty orthodontic practice, time and care with the clinician is fine, this review is about dealing with the insurance and staff side, don't bother with UNC! It has been over a year since my son got his braces and we still haven't received insurance compensation. First UNC gave us inaccurate information to submit, it took over 3 months to get the accurate information with emails and calls not returned, only to find out UNC hasn't updated their address with the insurance carrier.
