Care has been okay- the latest Orthotist we visited was much more helpful than the first. But I have found scheduling an appointment to be incredibly challenging. I have called 3 days in a row now and every time I'm sent to voicemail. I've left 2 voicemail messages that have not been returned. Yesterday, I couldn't leave a voicemail because their inbox was full.
